Drop the washable, reusable cloth covered filter into the infusion chamber with the chain hanging down into the glass syphon tube. Pull the chain down until you can hook it to the bottom of the syphon tube. 2. Fill the bottom carafe with hot water and put coffee into the infusion chamber. 3. Place the infusion chamber onto the bottom carafe and seal with a gentle twist. Use the wire trivet between the coffee syphon and the burner and turn on medium heat. Do not turn burner on high. 4. As the water boils it will be syphoned up to the top chamber where it will infuse with the coffee. 5. Let draw for about 1 minute, then remove the coffee syphon pot from the heat source. The liquid coffee will filter back down into the bottom carafe leaving the coffee granules in the infusion chamber. Gently twist the infusion chamber to lift it off the bottom carafe. Place the infusion chamber stem into the black lid/stand. 6. And now relax and enjoy!
